Can I try Handled before paying?
Yes — Handled is free during our beta. You get full access to all features while we're in early access. No credit card needed to start. Paid plans activate once you're ready to commit long-term.
What happens when I subscribe?
You'll be taken to Stripe's secure checkout page. After payment, you'll return to Handled with your plan active. We'll email you a receipt and onboarding instructions. For Business plans, we'll reach out to schedule your onboarding call within 24 hours.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes, absolutely. No lock-in contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe — the same infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of other businesses. We never store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
What's the money-back guarantee?
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid month, email us at handled-16@polsia.app and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
What email providers does Handled support?
Handled currently supports Gmail (personal and Google Workspace). Outlook, Microsoft 365, and custom SMTP support are on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
Do I need to sign a contract for the Business plan?
No contract required — it's month-to-month like all our plans. For annual Business subscriptions, we can arrange a simple order form if your company requires one.
